About Me

Hi, my name is Elizabeth, and I am a doctoral student in Counseling Psychology at Felician University, currently completing advanced clinical training at Kind Mind Psychology. I have experience providing individual therapy to adolescents and adults in outpatient settings, working with concerns such as anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, and life transitions.

I take an integrative, evidence-based approach to therapy, drawing from CBT, ACT, DBT, and relational frameworks to support each client’s unique needs. At Kind Mind, I am receiving intensive training in dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) — including individual DBT skills, group co-facilitation, and the comprehensive DBT model — expanding my ability to support clients navigating emotional dysregulation, distress tolerance, and interpersonal challenges.

In sessions, I aim to create a warm, nonjudgmental, and collaborative space where clients feel comfortable exploring their thoughts and emotions. I value building a strong therapeutic relationship and work at a pace that feels respectful and supportive. Together, we can identify patterns, develop coping strategies, and build greater self-understanding.

I am committed to providing culturally responsive and affirming care and welcome individuals from diverse backgrounds, identities, and experiences. My prior clinical work includes outpatient therapy with adolescents and adults, mentoring diverse undergraduate students, and supporting survivors of domestic violence.
